DELIVERY & RETURN

MOUTY delivers worldwide and you can track your order at any time. The price of delivery of your order will be calculated upon payment.

Standard shipping is free for all orders above €200 for France, €300 for the European Union and €550 for the rest of the world.

Your order will be delivered, at the latest, on the date indicated on the Shipment Confirmation or, if there is no specified date, within 30 days after the Confirmation of Sending, excluding circumstances exceptional.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided when you place your order. If your delivery address is isolated, for example on outlying islands or other destinations distant, it is possible that we may be unable to deliver the order to you at this address. If this case concerns you, you will be informed before we accept your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver to any country prohibited by laws and regulations export. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or addresses similar.

Products in the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses.
If you order product(s) requiring international delivery, they may be open and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes to be paid upon receipt of the order. You will be responsible for these import taxes.
Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amounts.
Please contact your local customs authority for more information before submitting your order. In the event that you want to return an article, the import taxes will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price.
If they were not included, you would be responsible for the steps to recover these taxes from your customs authorities.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws of the country of deliveryof the Products. We will not be responsible for any breach of these laws by you.

For customers outside the EU in the rest of the world, we ship orders with charges import to settle. This means that import costs are not included in the prices you see online and that you may have to pay customs fees upon receipt of your order or later depending on the customs of your country. You will not have to pay VAT or sales tax but there may be other local taxes you will have to pay to receive your order.

RISKS AND OWNERSHIP

The Product(s) ordered will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery or delivery collection (depending on the circumstances). Ownership of the Product(s) will be transferred to you as of time of delivery or collection (depending on the circumstances) as long as the payments for the Product(s) and delivery have been received.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices of the Products correspond to the prices indicated on the Site. The currency is automatically generated according to your location and will be confirmed at the time of the payment. Please note that the $ symbol always refers to US Dollars on the Site.
Prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs which will be added automatically (on the prices indicated) to the total amount when you access your basket, and have chosen your delivery method. Prices and delivery charges are subject to regular changes without retroactive effect: none of these changes will affect orders already placed and for which you have received a confirmation of sending.

The Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible, despite all our efforts, that some Products are not at the correct price. We normally check prices during the process sending so that, in the event that the price of a Product is lower than the indicated price, we will ask you to pay the lowest price. If the price of the Product is higher than the price indicated on the Site, we will contact you for more information before sending the order, or we will refuse your order and let you know, at our discretion.

Payments for all orders must be made by credit card or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards.
Online payments are subject to validation by your card issuer, we do not are not liable if the latter decides for any reason to decline a payment. We also pre-authorize your card and the products will not be shipped only when this pre-authorization verification has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may request payment for online execution fees including we are not responsible.

From time to time, we organize promotions that require promotional codes. These are the ones can be used to partially pay for one or more products ordered online, subject to terms and conditions under which they have been implemented (as stipulated in the emails from promotions containing promotional codes). Promotional codes cannot be used only once during the period and concern the stipulated Products. Promotional codes do not can be exchanged for money.

RETURNS

MOUTY applies a 14-day return policy and offers an integrated return service for France. Returns are at the expense of the Customers for orders sent in Europe and worldwide. Outside the European Union, sales and customs clearance taxes cannot be refunded by mouty-paris.com; however, you can try to recover these amounts by contacting your customs office directly the nearest one. This approach is not valid in all countries, so we recommend that you use a customs broker if you want to recover taxes related to a returned item. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your due to varying processing times from one payment service provider to another.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1- Please send an email to contact@mouty-paris.com to inform us of an upcoming return with your order number.

2- Package your items with your delivery note with your order number.

3- Return the items via the carrier of your choice, taking care to choose a tracking service. Any claim will be impossible without a tracking number, the return being the responsibility of the customer.

4- Your refund will be made within 72 hours upon receipt of the return.

Please contact us by filling out the contact form located on the contact page of the site or by writing to contact@mouty-paris.com with our order number for any question regarding a return.

If you placed your order without creating an account, contact us with your order information to proceed with a return as described above.

RECEIVE A REFUND

Your refund will be made to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. Please note that we will refund you within 14 working days after receipt of the return of your order.

Important information :

- Make sure that all items are exactly as they were received, with their label(s) still on them attached.
- We prefer that items be returned through the MOUTY return service to ensure that they are protected and insured during their journey. However, you can return items by any means what safe means of transport, with follow-up.
- If you use our return service, you will be refunded in case of theft or loss of your package during its return routing to our warehouse.

If you send us a "world" package you can use the delivery service of your choice, however the tracking number will be required for any claim. MOUTY will not be responsible for the loss of packages returns that have no follow-up.

POUCH + MOUTY GIFT BOX

MOUTY strives to provide you with quality packaging for all orders.
All orders are sent in a black MOUTY cotton bag unless you choose the "box" option gift" for an extra charge.
If you are returning one or more items: please also return the MOUTY bag. If you have chosen the "gift box" option, please note that it is not refundable.

MOUTY QUALITY GUARANTEE

If an item you receive is identified as defective and has been received damaged, you must contact us within seven days of receipt.
Some items have been handmade, which gives them a unique finish and may differ from each other others.
